In Loving memory of Our Fallen Sisters

 In Loving Memory

Cherished memories never fade because a loved one's gone.

Those we love can never be more than a thought apart.

As long as there is memory they'll live in our heart.

Lori, one of our original support group leaders in Canada died in her sleep at her home in Okotoks, Alberta. Those of us who had the privilege of knowing Lori will remember her wonderful sense of humor.

Carmen Mendoza

Carmen, a 23 year old, young San Diego mother died in Oct-1996 immediately following her second operation. After the first time Carmen received implants, her incisions became infected and the doctor took them out. Carmen tried a second time. Taking $1,500 saved from her earnings as a waitress, the mother of two returned to Tijuana to receive a second set of breast implants because it would be less expensive. She died shortly after the operation. Patients frequently don't check the credentials of the doctors performing the procedures -- and the results can be tragic. Let Carmen's tragic story be a learning experience to all young women seeking breast augmentation.

Pat Endsely of Colorado passed away in June of 2007 We join her family in mourning her untimely loss. May she rest in eternal peace.

Whispers from Heaven
When I left this world without you
I know it made you blue.
Your tears fell so freely, I watched: I know this is true.
While you were weeping,
Days after I passed away --
While all was silent within me,
I saw you kneel to pray.
From this wonderful place called heaven
Where all my pain is gone,
I send a gentle breeze to whisper,
"My loved ones, please go on."
The peace that I have found here
Goes far beyond compare.
No rain, no clouds, no suffering --
Just LOVE from everywhere.
You need not be troubled
Just stay close to GOD in prayer
Someday we'll be reunited
HIS love surrounds you always,
EVERYWHERE
